Asturias is well known for its green landscapes, and just at a few kilometers from high mountain peaks there is the Cantabric coast with great beaches and postcard perfect fishing villages. Throughout Spain, this region is also known for its delicious dairy products (milk, cheeses and yogurts) and in fact, Asturias has even earned the nickname “Pais de Quesos – Land of Cheeses”.
