Sometimes, travelling to that dream destination is just out of reach. That’s how Postcards from Valencia came up with new ways to travel without having to go far from home. Join us at Saigon Delice for authentic Vietnamese food prepared by Chef Dominique Thuy-Trinh Vo. We have asked them to prepare a tasting menu – cost and menu to be listed soon so stay tuned.

Dominique was born in Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Saigon), lived in Paris and eventually moved to Santiago, Chile where she opened her first restaurant, Vietnam Discovery. This restaurant become one of the most well-known restaurants in the Chilean capital. In 2015, Dominique was one of the judges for MasterChef Chile.

In the same year, she started a new project and moved to Puerto de La Cruz, Tenerife where Saigon Delice was born. A small restaurant but with a carefully chosen menu where surprising Vietnamese soups, curry dishes with coconut milk and rice paper rolls were the main highlights.

In 2021, Dominique decided to move Saigon Delice to Valencia where we can all enjoy her delicious, healthy and freshly prepared food.

  • Rollitos Vietnamitas (fresh rolls prawns/beef/tofu)
  • Rollitos Vietnamitas fritos (fried rolls with meat)
  • Pho
  • Prawn Curry and Chicken Curry (we will have both green-hot and yellow-mild curries)
  • Gà Satay (Chicken sate)
  • Thit kho tô (Caramelized Pork)
