Our Baked Goods
Dandelion Bakery is a small-batch, artisan bakery serving delicious cakes and pastries from around the world. We design our sweet and savoury recipes around local, seasonal produce and use only the best quality ingredients including Callebaut couverture chocolate. We make everything onsite, including all of our jams and confectionary.
Meet Penny and Maria
We may come from opposite ends of the world, but we have one very important thing in common – our passion for pastry.
We hatched the plan to open Dandelion Bakery in August 2020 and haven’t looked back since!
We wanted to create a business that offered baked goods from across the globe made with the only finest ingredients: from Swedish buns and American cookies to classic French patisserie and British bakes.
We also wanted to create a space where we could connect with our community. Both with local Valencians and expats who are missing a taste of home.
